🎯 With your support, Helping Hands acts to co-finance a classroom in the PhilippinesThis is the result of a major project to create an environment that is healthier, calmer and better suited to the development of each child.
🏫 A committed but outdated school
🎒 Limbauan state school caters for around a hundred children. Classrooms are few and far between, poorly equipped and often overcrowded. The teachers have to manage four grades simultaneously in the same room.
🗣️ This context prevents individualised pedagogical support. The children do not benefit from a structured space that respects their learning pace. Yet their motivation never wavers: they come to school every day with hope.
❓ Why co-finance a classroom in the Philippines?
🚪 An additional room would allow :
to separate the levels to better support each age group,
create a calmer, more focused environment,
adapt the space to the educational needs of the children.
💡 This room is more than just a roof: it's a direct response to the real needs of studentsidentified by the educational team.
👤 Luigi mobilises resources
🤝 Former pupil of the school, Luigi knows the realities of the village. He is fully committed to find the funding needed to complete the project.
📲 He passes on needs, quotes and news from the field. Thanks to him, we maintain a human, regular and effective link with the community.
⚠️ Luigi is not supervising the work: it will be carried out by local workers under the responsibility of the school.
💰 A project on a human scale
🔧 The total budget is 4 000 €including :
materials (wood, cement, roofing, paint),
the local workforce,
child-friendly school furniture (desks, chairs, shelves).
